Cancellation Policy:

Course Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel your enrollment in a drone training course, please notify us at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start date. A cancellation fee may apply, and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.

In the event that we have to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment, we will notify you promptly and provide alternative options or a full refund.

Product Order Cancellation:

If you need to cancel an order for a drone, drone spare parts, or any other product, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a refund. If the order has already been shipped, our return and refund policy will apply.

Refund Policy:

Course Refunds:

Refunds for course cancellations will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation request. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.
If you have completed a portion of the course before requesting a refund, a prorated amount may be deducted from the refund based on the training already received.

Product Refunds:

If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from us, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, provide instructions for returning the item for a refund or replacement.
Refunds for returned products will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item in its original condition. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.
