Returns / Exchange Policy

At Groundzero Aerospace LLP, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase you make. In the event that you need to return or exchange a product, please review our returns/exchange policy below:

Product Returns:

Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product. Please contact our customer support team to initiate the return process.

 

Return Process:

  • Please contact our customer support team to inform them about the return and receive further instructions.
  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging, ensuring that it is protected during transit.
  • Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping service.
  • The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Once we receive the returned product and confirm its eligibility, we will process the refund within 10 business days.
  • The refund will be issued using the original payment method.

Product Exchanges:

Eligibility:

  • We offer exchanges for products that are defective, damaged, or differ from the product you ordered.
  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product. Please contact our customer support team to initiate the exchange process.

 

Exchange Process:

  • Please contact our customer support team to inform them about the exchange and provide details about the issue with the product.
  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging, ensuring that it is protected during transit.
  • Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping service. The return shipping cost for exchanges due to an error on our part will be covered by us.
  • Once we receive the returned product and confirm its eligibility, we will process the exchange within 10 business days.
  • We will ship the replacement product to you at no additional cost.
Please note the following important considerations:
  • Returns or exchanges that do not meet the eligibility criteria stated above may be subject to rejection or additional fees.
  • Refunds or exchanges for products that have been damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling will not be accepted.
  • Returns/exchanges for drone training courses are subject to our separate cancellation and refund policy.
